Every contractor goes through a multi-step verification: active CSLB license check, insurance verification, background screening, and review of past project quality. Only contractors who pass all checks are listed.
Yes. All payments go through our secure escrow system. Your money is held safely and only released to the contractor when you approve each milestone. If there's a dispute, our team mediates to protect both parties.
